WORLD FOOD DAY LIVE: Finding solutions to global hunger

Everyone has a right to food. World Food Day, marked annually on 16 October, is being celebrated in more than 150 countries and over 50 languages. With colleagues sending dispatches from around the world, we started in Rome for the main event at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), with messages from the UN Secretary-General, Pope Francis and more, then checked in across the planet, with some breaking news along the way.
